The payment for the daily rates and fees will be processed within 10 days after the reservation request, using the credit card provided, and is non-refundable.
In order to obtain the special rates applied to the Conference, it is necessary to book at least 2 nights between September 17th and 19th, 2025.
If available when booking, these rates will be applied for the days right before and/or after the Conference.
